Please note: Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts on the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated, and the production of which is governed by an individual choice of or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to personal needs of the consumer – e.g. personalized products specifically made for you.

Due to the choice of law provision in § 13.3 of our General Terms and Conditions the right of withdrawal does not apply to Customers with a habitual residence in a country outside the EU/EEA.
